Body Back Transformation®: A results-based workout designed for moms who want their body back, whether they just had a baby or their last child was born twenty years ago! Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Body Back Transformation® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class.

When done in conjunction with Body Back Transformation recipe and meal planning and at home supplemental workouts, moms have a surefire combination for success.

What does an 8 week full Body Back Transformation® session Include?

2 Workouts per week in a small group format
Body Back Transformation® recipe and meal planning
Before and After fitness assessments and measurements
Online coaching and support
Supplemental at home workouts
The workouts have been clinically proven in a university research study to help moms lose the weight and return to their pre-baby body composition and confidence. Moms all over the country are achieving results that they never dreamed possible.

This session will begin on Tuesday, September 26th, and scheduled to end on Thursday, November 16th. This session meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30-7:30PM at RiverTown. This session we are only taking SIX Body Back Transformation clients This will be the last session of the year and we anticipate that this will sell out very fast.

Body Back® is a 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family. Improve your health, fitness, and physical strength while experiencing a personal transformation.
